01. Introduction and Acceptance

03. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bed111 is ৳200 (for each method). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are:

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. At the time of a withdrawal request, the account must have sufficient balance and KYC verification must be completed.

If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, or if fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be temporarily held pending investigation.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bed111 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.

04. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on bed111 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳13,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This means withdrawals from a bonus can only be made after placing bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, bed111 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless separately approved.

05. VIP Program and Rewards

The bed111 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular and active gaming activity. VIP benefits apply only to active account holders. VIP tier status may change on inactive accounts.

06. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Permitted Use

The bed111 platform is authorized for personal entertainment purposes only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially fulfill conditions.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or stealing another person's information.
• Attempting to play games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial misconduct.

• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.

If a sports event or match (such as cricket, football, or kabaddi) is cancelled or postponed, the stake placed on that event will be refunded. Detailed rules depend on the type of event involved.
